Cut strawberries into small cubes. Remove the skin from the kiwi, cut into slices, then cut into cubes. Loosely mix the fruits, add lemon balm and walnuts and season the fruit salad with sugar.
Cut the bananas lengthwise into slices. Place each fruit in a fan shape on a large flat plate, drizzle with lemon.
Where the banana fan holds together, pour in a tablespoon each of raspberry sauce and vanilla sauce. Using a chopstick, lightly drag through the sauces until a pattern is formed. Spread fruit salad in and over the opened fan.
Place ice cream balls in the curve of the fan. Dust strawberry leaves with confectioners’ sugar and arrange.
Place one or possibly 2 ice cream cone rolls over each ice cream ball.
