For the Mozart balls, cut the nougat into small cubes (form into balls and chill). Mix the marzipan paste and finely chopped pistachios and knead in the powdered sugar.

Form the marzipan mixture into a roll about 2 cm thick and cut it into pieces (the same number as the nougat pieces).

Press flat, place nougat balls on top and press well on all sides to form a ball. Heat the glaze, dip the balls in it and place on baking paper to cool.
