Preparation about 15 min:

Boil milk, add sugar, vanilla sugar, pour in semolina, stir until smooth – transfer to a suitable bowl. Add the curd cheese and two egg yolks to the hot mixture, finely grate the lemon peel and mix in.

Rinse cooled gratin dish, insert foil, fill quantity into dish, spread smoothly, cool and place in refrigerator to chill. Rinse strawberries, pluck, cut into cubes. Mix eggs well.

Preparation about ten min:

Mix strawberries with raspberry syrup, juice of one lemon and currant juice. Remove the mixture from the foil and cut into slices or lozenges. Pull through the egg, roll in coconut and fry in hot clarified butter on both sides until golden brown.

Arrange compote on plates, halve semolina slices and place on top, perhaps refine with whipped cream and garnish with mint.
