Instructions:

Cut the turkey cutlets into strips and rub dry. Rinse and cut the melanzani or zucchini, clean and rinse or peel the onion, garlic and peppers. Chop garlic and peppers, cut leftover vegetables into bite-sized pieces.

Heat oil in a non-stick frying pan, fry turkey pieces in it until golden brown, remove from frying pan and then fry vegetables in it for 5 min. Add the garlic and peppers, roast for another 5 min at low temperature.

Rinse and dice the tomatoes (except for two) and add to the vegetables form. Add basil and vinegar, season with salt and freshly ground pepper. Finally, add the turkey strips, stir heartily repeatedly and season to taste.

Serve: Slice the two remaining tomatoes, arrange on plates with the vegetables and offer ciabatta bread with them.

Our tip: Zucchini are tender in taste and therefore also well suited for children.
