Pasta dishes are always a good idea!

Make penne lisce according to package instructions and drain. Steam the crushed garlic clove together with the spinach in butter for 10 min until soft and season with Maggi seasoning mix 6. Stir the cream cheese into the spinach.

Form half of the noodles in a gratin dish, spread the minced meat evenly on top and sprinkle with Maggi Seasoning Mix 6. Spread the spinach evenly over the top and add the remaining noodles on top. Spread the grated Emmental cheese evenly on top. Bring water to a boil and stir in Maggi Fix for Spaghetti alla Carbonara, bring to a boil and fold in the whipped cream. Pour the sauce over the casserole form. Sprinkle with breadcrumbs and evenly distribute butter flakes on top. Bake at medium heat for about 40 minutes.
