For the baked peas in clear soup, first mix egg, salt, flour and water well.

Heat coconut fat or oil in deep frying pot. Drop batter through a large-holed sieve into the hot fat. Small, pea-shaped balls of batter will form. Remove from fat with slotted spoon and drain well.

In the meantime, heat the beef broth. Divide evenly into cups and just before serving, add the baking peas. Quickly serve the baked peas in clear soup.
