For the dough, put the flour, salt and baking powder in a suitable bowl. Add butter in flakes. Later add vinegar and water.

Knead everything into a smooth dough. Leave to cool for at least half an hour.

For the topping, chop onions and garlic and saute briefly in olive oil until soft. Chop the chives. Beat the eggs and season them. Mix cheese, chives, onions, milk and whipped cream into the eggs.

Preheat stove to 200 degrees. Roll out the dough on flour. Grease a round baking tray with 28-30 cm ø and spread with the dough. Prick the bottom with a fork. Spread onion-cheese mixture evenly on it. Bake in the oven at 175 degrees for about 35 minutes.
