For the kiwi blueberry salad, mix 50 ml orange juice with cornstarch.

Bring the remaining orange juice to a boil, stir in the starch mixture and cook over low heat for about 1 minute.

Bring to a boil and let cool. Mix fruit with sauce and let steep for about 30 minutes.

At the end, season the kiwi blueberry salad with sugar and lemon juice and serve.
