For the sesame crispbread, mix all dry ingredients with spices, then stir in the oil and water. Spread the dough 1/2-1 cm thick on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 30 minutes at 220 degrees.
After baking for 10 minutes, remove the baking sheet from the stove and use a kitchen knife to cut the dough into rectangles. Then finish baking for 20 minutes.
