For the Chicken Wings with Sesame, first rinse the chicken wings briefly under cold water and rub dry with kitchen roll. Then place them in a large freezer bag.
Stir through the soy sauce, lemon juice, honey, sesame oil, Tabasco and peanut oil. Peel and press the garlic cloves and add them. Pour this marinade to the wings and seal the bag tightly. Turn a few times so that the wings are evenly coated with marinade. Leave to marinate for at least four hours, but even longer is better.
Preheat the oven to 220 °C. Cover a large baking tray with baking paper.
Place the chicken wings with the fleshy side down on the baking tray. Roast in the hot oven on the middle shelf for ten minutes.
Then turn the chicken wings to the other side, sprinkle with sesame seeds and roast for another 15 minutes until slightly crispy. If the wings do not brown sufficiently, preheat the oven grill to 230 °C at the end and bake the chicken wings with sesame seeds briefly.
