Instructions:

For the Vogerlsalat with Feta first wash the Vogerlsalat well and spin dry. Peel the potatoes and cut into small cubes. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings. Remove the feta from the package and dice.

For the dressing, pluck the thyme leaves from the stem and chop the remaining herbs. Grate the lemon zest, cut the lemon in half and squeeze well. Put all the ingredients in a well-sealed container and shake until everything is nicely mixed.

Heat a little oil in a pan and fry the potato cubes in it until crispy. Add salt at the end.

Put the salad in a bowl with the feta and the onion rings, pour the dressing over it and garnish with the potato cubes.

Serve the Vogerlsalat with feta as a side dish or main course.
