For the cabbage sprout casserole, clean the cabbage sprouts and cut them in half. Sauté the onion in the oil, add the minced meat and let it fry, season with the spices, stir in the soup powder, add a little water, add the cabbage sprouts and simmer for 20 minutes.
Peel potatoes and cut into thin slices. Grease casserole dish with butter, put in potato slices, cover with the cabbage sprouts mince.
Mix the sour cream with the egg, season with salt and pepper and pour over the mince and spread. Bake in the preheated oven at 180 °C for about 30 minutes.
