Rinse plums, drain well. Cut fruit in half and remove seeds. Boil cinnamon, water, red wine, sugar and vanilla sugar in a saucepan. Add the halved fruit and simmer on low heat for 2 minutes. Mix cornstarch with water until smooth and thicken the porridge with it. Fold in the plum water and cool in the refrigerator. Serve with liquid whipped cream.

Our tip: Use high-quality red wine for an especially fine taste!
