Heat red wine, but do not bring to a boil. Add cloves to develop the aroma.

Cut orange in half and squeeze. Add to heated red wine form and keep warm.

Add honey with gelle royale. Stir until viscous is melted.

Remove cloves. Transfer liquid to a glass.

Peel peel from one orange in a spiral shape. On the rim of the glass form. Decorate with the sprig of rosemary.
