For the chicken on broccoli and garlic puree, coat the chicken feet in flour, drag through beaten, salted and peppered egg and coat with breadcrumbs.

Remove the hard stalk from the broccoli head and break it into individual florets. Boil plenty of water in a pot and cook the broccoli florets until well tender, then strain.

Peel the garlic cloves and cut them into very fine cubes. Heat the olive oil in a saucepan and sauté the garlic pieces in it. Then pour in the vegetable soup and milk, add salt and bring to the boil briefly.

Now stir in the soft broccoli florets. Stirring gives the broccoli a puree-like consistency.

Fry the chicken wings in plenty of oil until golden brown and place on top of the puree. Finally, season the chicken on broccoli garlic puree.
