Cut the carp into individual fillet pieces or order them directly from your fishmonger. Season carp pieces well with salt and lemon juice and let marinate for about 20 minutes. Then coat in flour, beaten egg and fresh white bread crumbs mixed with thyme. Heat enough oil in a large frying pan and fry the carp pieces at approx. 160 °C. Lift out the carp and drain on kitchen paper.
