For cherries semolina cook, first wash the cherries, cut them in half and remove the seeds. Grate the chocolate.
Heat the milk, then stir in the butter and add the sparkling wine. Slowly pour in the semolina, stirring constantly. When the semolina cook thickens, stir in the cherries. Stir in some of the chocolate (to taste).
Serve the cherry semolina boil sprinkled with the remaining chocolate.
