Cook long grain rice in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes.

In the meantime, rinse fennel and cut into strips or fine wedges. Chop the onion.

Heat oil in a frying pan. Sauté the onion and fennel while stirring. Remove. Add minced meat to the beard fat and fry until crumbly, turning. Extinguish with a small shot of water. Season with bell pepper, paprika, salt and curry, add onion and fennel.

Drain long grain rice and stir in as well. Season to taste.
