For the white sangria, cut the pitted honeydew melon into small pieces or cut off round balls.

Slice the washed lemons and limes, and the peaches. Pour into a pitcher, add white wine, sparkling wine and elderberry syrup.

Add ice cubes and fill up with soda water. Serve white sangria garnished with mint leaves.
