For the Greek style minced meat casserole, first remove the skin from the potatoes and rinse them.

Cut them in half or quarters, depending on their size. Clean the spring onions, rinse and cut into rings. Clean tomatoes, rinse and cut into slices.

Heat 2 tbsp. oil. Roast potatoes in it for about 10 minutes, turning. Add spring onions and fry briefly. Season everything and remove.

Heat 1 tbsp. oil in the frying fat. Fry minced meat for about 5 minutes until crumbly. Add paradeis pulp and sauté briefly. Season with salt, pepper and thyme. Fold in potatoes and tomatoes. Fill everything into a gratin dish (approx. 30 cm long). Crumble feta cheese on top.

Stir sour cream and eggs. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over the casserole. Bake in heated oven (electric oven: 200 °C , convection oven: 175 °C , gas: level 3) for 20-30 minutes.

Garnish with parsley and peppers.
