For the turkey escalope au gratin with minced meat, first pound the turkey escalopes, salt and pepper to taste.
Dust with flour and fry in a pan at medium heat. Keep the turkey cutlets warm in the oven at about 50 °C.
Arrange the minced meat, mix with salt, pepper, marjoram, an egg and a softened toast or bread roll, as for the minced meat.
Put the turkey cutlets on a baking tray and place the ham, onion and mushrooms on top. Put the minced meat and cheese slices on top. Bake at 160 °C for about 10 to 15 minutes.
Take out and mix the pasta escuitta with the 2 cups of whipped cream and pour over it. Sprinkle the grated cheese on top and bake in the oven at 170 – 180 °C for about 40 – 60 minutes.
Serve the turkey escalopes au gratin with minced meat.
