For the chocolate-hazelnut slices, cream butter, sugar and eggs until fluffy and fold in all remaining ingredients, lastly the flour mixed with baking powder.

Line a baking tray with baking paper and spread the dough on it. Preheat the oven to 175° top/bottom heat, put the tray in the oven and bake for about 35 minutes.

After cooling, spread with the icing (mix the powdered sugar with the water) and cut the chocolate-hazelnut slices into squares.
