For the carrot-apple porridge, peel the carrots and chop them with a blender. Peel the apple as well and chop the carrot into small pieces.

The chopped carrots and the apple in a saucepan with the water boil soft. If you like you can mash the porridge once more. If you like it sweeter, add a second apple.

Finally, add a drop of oil.
