Pasta dishes are just always delicious!
The pine nuts in a small pan form and roast without fat until golden brown. Remove from the heat and cool. Cook the pasta in enough salted water until just al dente. While the pasta is making, heat the olive oil in a frying pan. Sauté the garlic in it. Quickly stir-fry the spinach. Season with salt and pepper and add the lemon zest. Drain the farfalle and sauté briefly in the spinach pan, mixing precisely with the vegetables. Divide evenly on plates, sprinkle with the toasted pine nuts and bring to the table.
