For the papaya salad, halve the papaya, remove the seeds, peel and grate into fine sticks. Peel and finely chop the garlic, cut 1 chili pepper into fine rings.

Halve the mini tomatoes and cut out the stem end. Mix everything with the remaining ingredients and leave to marinate in the refrigerator for 1 day.
