Pound the pork chops on both sides, season with salt, bell pepper, paprika and cumin.

Boil the potatoes in their skins, peel them and cut them into 5 mm thick slices.

Cut the onions into fine rings, remove the seeds from the red bell pepper and also cut into strips or rings, cut the pepperoni into fine rings.

Brush a baking dish (with lid) with olive oil. Arrange the meat, potatoes and vegetables like roof shingles slightly overlapping, sprinkle olives and capers, finally sprinkle herbs and cheese. Close the lid.

Bake in the oven at 150 °C for about 50 minutes, removing the lid of the baking dish during the last 10 minutes.
