Instructions:

For the Fruity Tea Bowl without alcohol, mix the apple juice with the ginger and pour into ice cube trays and freeze.

Grate the zest from the lemon and squeeze the fruit.

Pour Assam tea with a quart of boiling water and steep for 5 minutes. Allow to cool.

Mix 2 tablespoons of lemon juice with the elderflower syrup and sugar.

Pour the cold tea and syrup into a punch bowl and mix well until the sugar is dissolved.

Add the apple juice ice cubes and mineral water and season the punch with lemon zest and juice.

Finally, add the wild berries still frozen to the Fruity Tea Punch without alcohol.
