20 min., simply cut sponge cake roulade into approximately 1 cm slices and spread out a baking dish with them. Mix fruit salad with strawberry and banana pieces, add a little cherry brandy and empty the whole into the baking bowl.

Make a ready-made pudding with milk, 3 tbsp sugar and vanilla pudding powder. Cool a little, then pour over the fruit.

Make the cake jelly with the remaining sugar, then pour over the set, cooled pudding. Set.

Decorate with whipped cream and cherry pieces from the fruit salad.
