Instructions:

For the king prawns in ham with red bell pepper dip, place the peppers in the basket, and slide the basket into the Philips Airfryer convection air fryer. Set the timer to 10 minutes.

Roast the peppers at 200 °C until the skin is slightly browned. Transfer peppers to a bowl and cover with a lid or plastic wrap. Let the peppers rest for 15 minutes.

Peel the shrimp, cut open the back and remove the dark intestinal thread. Cut the ham slices in half lengthwise and wrap each shrimp in a ham slice.

Brush the packets with a thin layer of olive oil and place in the basket. Slide the basket into the Philips Airfryer hot air fryer and set the timer for 3-4 minutes. Bake shrimp until crispy and cooked through.

In the meantime, peel the skin off the bell pepper halves, remove the seeds and cut the peppers into pieces. Puree the peppers in a blender with the garlic, paprika powder and olive oil. Pour the sauce into a bowl and season with salt and pepper.

Arrange the king prawns in ham on a serving plate with tapas forks and serve the red bell pepper dip with it in a small bowl.
