For the tea Eggs Punch first pour the tea and infuse for 7 minutes. Strain into a saucepan.

Add egg yolks, heavy cream, brandy and sugar and stir with hand mixer while it is made hot. Be careful not to boil it!

The tea eggnog should have a creamy consistency.

Pour the tea eggnog into glasses and serve sprinkled with nutmeg.
