Instructions:

Place the flour in a suitable bowl, make a well in the center and crumble in the yeast. Stir the yeast with the honey and a little bit of the warm water to form a damp. Spread oil and salt evenly around the edges.

Cover the dough and let it rise in a warm place for fifteen minutes.

Knead the dampfl with the remaining water and the other ingredients to a slightly wet dough. Cover dough again and let rise in a warm place for twenty minutes.

Grease the baking tray well or cover with parchment paper. Knead dough repeatedly. If the dough is too dry, add a little more water. Now roll out dough on thinly floured surface to about 1 cm thickness.

Cut out four circles of four and eight centimeters each. Poke two holes in the bottom third of each of the small circles. Form ears and small balls for the eyes from the remaining dough.

Decoration: Mix egg yolks with milk (or honey and water). Brush the large circles with the egg yolk milk and glue on the small circles as snouts. Put on ears and eyes, brush and press the raisins on the eyeballs. Leave the lucky pigs in a warm place for five minutes.

Now bake in a heated oven at 190 degrees for about fifteen to twenty minutes until golden.
