For the zucchini cream soup, cut the zucchini into cubes and do the same with the onion. Sauté the onion and add the zucchini.

Pour in the vegetable soup and cook for 20 minutes. Puree and refine with whipped cream and spices.

Do not bring to the boil again, otherwise the whipped cream will flocculate! Serve hot.
