A bean recipe for every taste:

Beat eggs, sugar and vanillin sugar until thick and creamy. Add eggnog and oil and fold in. Combine flour and baking powder, sift onto the egg-oil mixture and stir through. Pour half of the batter into a greased, floured cup cake pan (for one cake, use a 2, 5 quart pan).

Sift 3/4 of the cocoa onto the remaining batter and fold in. Fold in mocha beans and mold batter onto light amount. Fold dark batter into light batter in a spiral with a fork.

Bake cake in heated oven (electric oven:175 degrees / gas oven:level 2) for 50 to 60 min. Dust with powdered sugar and remaining cocoa.
