Instructions:

First, soak the dried mushrooms in lukewarm water for 20-30 minutes. Drain, remove hard parts and cut mushrooms into bite-sized pieces. Cut the cleaned vegetables into strips, except for the lettuce leaves. Soak glass noodles in unsalted water according to instructions or bring to boil and strain again. Now boil the chicken soup in a pot. Add vegetables, mushrooms as well as noodles and boil everything briefly. Season to taste with soy sauce and a pinch of chili. Place a lettuce leaf in each soup bowl and pour the soup over it.
