Before cooking, break the spaghetti to an easy-to-eat length and then cook al dente.

After cooking, immediately rinse with cold water so that they do not stick.

Cut the ham as well as the tomatoes into cubes and put them in a bowl.

Peel and finely dice the onion, chop the fresh parsley and add to the mixture, mix well.

Fold in mayonnaise if desired and season with Worcester sauce, juice of one lemon, salt and pepper.

Mix the sauce with the pasta and let it stand in the refrigerator for about 1 hour.
