Halve or quarter the zucchini lengthwise and cut into pieces of about 3 cm. Cut the tomatoes into eighths. Halve the peppers, remove the seeds and cut into lozenges. Cut the feta into cubes.
Sauté the zucchini briefly with the garlic in olive oil.
Mix red wine vinegar, juice of one lemon and olive oil, season with salt and pepper. Then mix all the ingredients with the salad dressing and let it sit for a short time before serving.
Our tip: Use sweet red wine for a sweet note and rather dry wine for flavorful, spicy dishes.
