Cut the tomatoes, cucumber, seeded peppers and onion into cubes and the spring onions into fine rings. Halve, seed and finely chop the chili peppers. Mix all ingredients and season with lemon juice, olive oil, sea salt and the coarsely chopped parsley. Leave to infuse well and serve cold.
