Select cranberries, rinse and drain. Peel apples, remove core and cut apples into very small pieces.

Mix fruits with vanilla pulp and preserving sugar, bring to the boil while stirring and continue to boil for 4 minutes while bubbling. Fill the jam boiling hot into glasses and close them on the spot.
