For the Parisian cream slices, first prepare the Parisian cream. Bring the whipped cream to the boil and melt the chocolate completely. Leave to cool in the refrigerator for approx. 2 hours.

Then whip like normal cream, spread thinly on the wafer plates and place one on top of the other. Press down carefully.

Place the Parisian cream slices in the refrigerator overnight.
