For 8 meringues:


Rinse and clean the strawberries.

Grind 2/3 of them with the blender, cut the rest into slices.

Season the puree with sugar and vanilla sugar, stir in the strawberry slices.

Shape the ice cream into balls, place them in the meringue bowls and pour the strawberry sauce over them.

Garnish with fresh mint or basil and serve.
