Nana Ice Cream on a Stick

For the Nana Ice Cream on a stick, first finely mix the bananas with honey. Add milk.

Pour into popsicle molds, insert wooden sticks and place in the freezer until completely frozen through again.

Before serving, melt the chocolate with the coconut oil over a water bath. Coarsely chop the peanuts.

Carefully remove the popsicle from the mold (hold in warm water briefly if necessary). Dip into the liquid chocolate, let it drip off and then dip into the chopped peanuts. Work quickly, the chocolate should solidify very quickly so that the Nana Ice Cream on the stick does not melt.
