Instructions:

Soak bread rolls in water in a bowl for 15 minutes.

In the meantime, cut bacon into 1/2 cm cubes. Fry in a frying pan for 5 minutes.

Mix beef liver and beef in a bowl with the soaked out buns.

Remove bacon from frying pan with a sieve ladle and add as well.

Peel and finely dice onion and add to bowl. Mix in eggs. Season with marjoram, salt and pepper.

Rinse parsley, dry and chop. Mix with the meat mixture.

Bring beef broth to a boil in a large, shallow saucepan.

Form dumplings about 5 cm in diameter from the meat mixture. Cook in the soup for 15 minutes.

Remove with a slotted spoon and arrange in a preheated bowl.
