For the lasagna, finely dice the onion and sauté in olive oil with the squeezed garlic. Add the minced meat and fry it as well.

Add the tomato paste and season with the stock cube, salt, pepper and oregano. Simmer on low heat for 30 minutes.

For the béchamel sauce, melt the butter and add the flour, then pour in the milk and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.

Now grease a baking dish with butter and pour in a layer of béchamel sauce. Place a layer of lasagna sheets side by side, one sheet at a time, and cover generously with béchamel sauce and ragu sauce. Sprinkle with parmesan cheese.

Put another layer of lasagna sheets and cover again with both sauces until the ragout sauce is used up. Cover the last layer of lasagna sheets only with béchamel sauce and parmesan.

Bake the lasagna at 200°C for about 45 minutes.
