Mix 1 tablespoon canola oil with honey and paprika powder. Rub the pork steaks well with this mixture and leave to soak briefly. Wash the white cabbage, remove the stalk and cut into 1 cm wide strips. Heat 1 tablespoon of rapeseed oil in a frying pan. Sauté the cabbage and season with pepper, cumin and salt. Heat another coated pan and fry the pork steaks in it for a good 5 minutes on each side, until they are cooked through. Wash the apples, remove the cores and cut them into thin slices. Add the apple slices to the cabbage and fry briefly. Deglaze with apple cider vinegar and season with fenugreek seeds. Arrange the apple cabbage with the steaks and serve hot.
