A delicious mushroom dish for any occasion!
Peel the potatoes and cut into large cubes. Heat clarified butter in a large frying pan. Sauté potatoes in it until hearty.
Roughly dice onions and peppers. Add everything to the potatoes and fry briefly. Season with cumin, paprika and salt. Stir paprika paste and water until smooth. Douse goulash with it. Cover and steam for about 15 minutes.
Chop oyster mushrooms. Add after 10 minutes. Stir sour cream or crème fraiche until smooth. Season with salt. Offer with potato goulash.
