For the pork roulades with cabbage stuffing, chop the cabbage and toast ham.

Roast the cabbage in some fat, add about 1/2 l water and stew until soft. Then mix with toast ham and minced meat and season.

Beat the cutlets, add salt and pepper. Put filling on top, roll up and tie.

Fry the roulades in the fat and then remove. Pour the roast stock with soup, put the roulade back in and steam until soft.

At the end, bind the juice with flour. Serve the pork roulades with cabbage stuffing.
