Bell Pepper Steaks with Colorful Paprika

For the pepper steaks with colored peppers, wash the peppers, cut them in half, remove the seeds and cut them into strips.

Cut the cornichons into strips as well.

Heat the whipping cream and crème fraîche in a pan and add the bell pepper and gherkin strips and the paradeis pulp. Simmer for about 3 minutes.

In a heavy skillet, heat olive oil and fry the steaks for 4 minutes on each side. After turning, add the butter. Salt and pepper the fried steaks and let them rest, covered, for 5 minutes.

Arrange the pepper steaks with colored paprika and serve sprinkled with the coarsely ground colored pepper.
