Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Sauté pan-fried vegetables in the added fat, add soup, bring to a boil and continue cooking for 10 min.

Cut spring onions into fine rings, add to soup with soy bean sprouts and continue cooking for 5 min.

Season with soy sauce, sambal oelek, salt and pepper.

Serve with toasted bread.
