Mix minced meat with spices and fry in butter. Dice the onions and add them. Add the finely chopped peppers and fry. Add the curry tomato ketchup, the can of tomatoes and a little mushroom stock. Once well done, then continue to simmer on low heat for about 10 minutes. Add the mushrooms. Finally, add crème fraîche and diced peaches. Serve with white bread.
The name is a little strange. But the kids came up with it. It’s worth tasting this meal, the kids are tearing up over it.
