Instructions:

Rinse skate wings thoroughly under running water and cut into pieces. Boil water with vinegar, salt and bay leaves. Boil the skate wing pieces in it for 6-7 min, but do not make, then remove from the water with a skimmer, remove the skin and keep the fish warm.

Brown butter in a frying pan, rinse capers and add to butter form with vinegar. Arrange the hot ray wings on warm plates and baste with hot caper butter.
